Welcome to our new addition; AMP'D DOWN UNDER! AMP'D offers several different classes for all different fitness levels! 

KettleBell

Kettlebell AMPD takes heart-pumping music and your favorite kettlebell moves and combines them into 60 minutes of calorie-torching fun! This whole-body workout emphasizes group fitness and focuses on specific areas such as arms, legs, core, and cardio. Each song concentrates on a main area, while still maintaining a whole-body routine.
Real people for real results — Kettlebell is for anyone and anybody who is looking to have fun. Weights vary anywhere from 5-15lbs, so the workout can be adjusted and moves modified to suit your individual needs. Anyone can take this class! The music is diverse, and our moves are simple and easy to learn. Get lost in the music and push yourself with the most effective, fulfilling, and lively workout available!

KettleBell

Unplugged

Kettlebell AMPD Unplugged takes heart pumping music combined with your favorite Kettlebell movements to create 30 minutes of calorie torching fun! This program is less intense and created so all moves can be performed standing or in a chair. Perfect for the active older adult or someone that does not want the intensity of regular Kettlebell AMPD.

Circuit Training

 

Circuit training is a form of body conditioning or endurance training or resistance training using high-intensity. It targets strength building or muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all prescribed exercises in the program. When one circuit is complete, one begins the first exercise again for the next circuit. Traditionally, the time between exercises in circuit training is short, often with rapid movement to the next exercise.
Studies at Baylor University and The Cooper Institute show that circuit training is the most time efficient way to enhance cardiovascular fitness and muscle endurance. Studies also show that circuit training helps women to achieve their goals and maintain them longer than other forms of exercise or diet.

Karate

Karate is now predominantly a striking art using punching, kicking, knee strikes, elbow strikes,  and open-hand techniques such as knife-hands, spear-hands, and palm-heel strikes. Historically, and in some modern styles, grappling, throws, joint locks, restraints, and vital point strikes are also taught.
Karate promotes self confidence, respect, self discipline, self defense and fitness for both children and adults. It is welcomed for any age and any level!

AMP'D Resistance

AMPD Resistance is the latest group fitness format from the creators of Kettlebell AMPD®. It raises resistance band training to a whole new level! AMPD Resistance takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements to create a fun, effective total body workout that is safe for all fitness levels.
Resistance bands are a simple yet effective training tool. Lightweight, portable and fun to use, resistance bands offer many great benefits to gym owners, group fitness instructors, personal trainers and fitness enthusiasts. And when you add music the workout gets AMPD up even more!!

 

Power Flow

AMPD Power Flow is the newest fitness format that will give you a workout experience like never before. This program, created by Kettlebell AMPD, fuses together kettlebells, resistance bands, and yoga inspired movements. AMPD Power Flow delivers a calorie burning low impact workout that will help you gain strength, balance, and flexibility, all while moving to fun, flowy music.
Accessible to everyone and all fitness levels, AMPD Power Flow will deliver a total body workout while joining together two worlds -- yoga and fitness. Get ready to get strong, stable, and stretchy with this unique yoga inspired program. Balance - mind, body, flow!

Pilates is a method of exercise and physical movement designed to stretch, strengthen, and balance the body.  Practiced faithfully, Pilates yields numerous benefits. Increased lung capacity and circulation through deep, healthy breathing is a primary focus.
