Please use hand sanitizer provided at the designated stations upon entering and leaving the building.
Please scan your membership card upon BOTH entering and leaving the building. If you do not have a membership card, please use the sign-in sheet at the front desk.
Please clean each set of equipment after use with the spray and towels provided. This includes BENCHES, BARBELLS, PLATES, DUMB BELLS...anything you come in contact with MUST BE WIPED DOWN.

Down Under Fitness Center is located in Havre, Montana. We are a Fitness Center, Physical Therapy Center and much more! We offer plenty of other things such as saunas, cupping, dry needling, and tanning. Kristi, Daimon and the staff work hard to keep the facility running smoothly and help to keep it clean. We have an array of cardio and weight lifting machines that can help you get fit and stay fit!
Our State of the Art equipment is housed in a renovated, 5896 square foot 2 story building with ample parking on a 1.2-acre lot. We have a full-service facility with lockers, showers, and medical-grade sauna. Equipment is of the highest level, featuring Cybex and Precor and Matrix equipment and is well maintained and organized.
The gym features a large cardio area, a Racquetball Court and a strengthening area with an expanded weight room on the lower level. The center also features a 4 Bed Tanning Salon, Protein Smoothie Bar for the convenience of a Pre or Post workout shake for those both in the gym and out and 2 aerobics classrooms for your convenience and fitness goals these large rooms are available to you to use when classes are not in session. Have fun working out with the Kettle Bells, Battle Rope, weighted sled, and all sorts of fun equipment to help you reach your workout goals
This aerobics space is used for our popular Silver Sneakers Classes, Yoga, and Zumba. Our Gym Member Clients range from middle school and high school age to college students, adults, and seniors. We have a loyal and devoted group of members that our wonderful staff keeps renewed to keep them coming back.
Personal Training is offered at discount prices for members. We have two personal trainers on staff to help you reach your goals. See our Meet the Trainers section to see how our trainers can help you!!! We at Down Under are here to help you in the best way possible! Our facility also houses a Physical Therapy Clinic. This brings a steady stream of potential gym members as when the patient is done with their Physical Therapy, they are moved to a home program in the gym.

DAIMON PARROTTE
Physical Therapist
Daimon was trained at the School of Physiotherapy at Curtin University, Bentley, Western Australia. This is one of the finest schools in Australia, with a reputation for excellence. Our therapist graduated in 1989 with a Bachelor of Applied Science (Physiotherapy). This degree was accredited by the Boards of Physical Therapy and found to have equivelent to or higher standards than Physical Therapy education in the United States.
